Tailgate Chili Recipe

1 lb ground beef

1 onion
1 29 oz can tomato puree
1 15 oz can: black beans, chick peas, kidney beans
3 T chili powder
1 t: cumin, salt
1/2 C water
Mexican blend cheese
Sour cream

Brown and strain ground beef. Rinse beans. Chop onion. Mix all ingredients in Crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hours. Garnish with sour cream and cheese. Serve with Frito's.
