Halloween S'Mores Treat Bags

I got home from class today to the sweetest (literally) surprise package from my parents!! Y'all. My mom is awesome!!! Just look what she came up with... Halloween s'mores packets!! So cute!! If you are looking for little "happy" to throw together quickly for your friends, kids, or trick or treaters for Halloween these would be PERFECT!!
She used peeps for the marshmallows, a fun sized hershey bar, and 2 gram crackers for each packet. It looks like she could have bought them from somewhere!

The toffee pictured above is pumpkin pie white chocolate flavor from Nuts Over Toffee. DELISH!!

Crockpot Rosemary Chicken & Stuffing Recipe


Let me just say - Thanksgiving dinner reincarnated... except with chicken instead of turkey! SO delish. SO easy.

{INGREDIENTS}
1 T rosemary 
(you can use more if you love it like I do!)
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 box cornbread stuffing
(can be frozen or thawed)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water

{RECIPE}
Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot. Add stuffing uncooked. Mix sour cream, soup, and water together in a separate bowl and pour over the top. I sprinkled about a tablespoon of pepper in the mix as well, but it is not necessary! Mix everything together and cook for around 6 hours or until chicken easily falls apart with a fork. Fluff and serve!

Creamy Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Recipe


Y'ALL. This is seriously the best tasting pasta dish that I have ever made!! This recipe makes enough for four servings.

{INGREDIENTS}
6 slices bacon
4 (6oz) thawed raw boneless skinless chicken breasts
3C penne pasta
2T flour
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
1C milk
1T parmesan cheese (optional)

{RECIPE}
Make sure your chicken is thawed. I used (4) 6oz pieces of chicken. Cook 6 pieces of bacon in a large skillet according to package instructions and save the drippings. Yes this recipe is very deadly - forewarning! Cook 3 cups of pasta according to package instructions.

You can easily thaw the chicken while you cook the bacon and pasta.


Set bacon drippings aside. I just kept the drippings in the same large skillet that I cooked the bacon in. Cube the chicken, crumble bacon, and strain the pasta. 


Grab a medium sized tupperware with a lid. Drop in 2T of flour and 2T (one packet) of dry ranch dressing mix. Mix together. Add the raw chicken cubes and place the lid on the tupperware. Shake your tupperware so that the chicken is coated well with the ranch and flour mixture.


Add the coated chicken mixture to the skillet with the bacon drippings and cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through.


Add 1 cup of milk to the cooked chicken mixture. Let the milk thicken with the chicken mixture. Stir everything together as the milk thickens.


Add the bacon crumbles and pasta to the mixture. Keep stovetop on medium heat to warm the pasta and bacon. It will all heat together pretty quickly. Stir everything together and serve!
